Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma Course List

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) has a bad rap.  To get a good understanding of LSS we have to define each process and look at the connection they have.  Six Sigma simply stated is the process of gathering data.  That data feeds the actions taken in Lean.  Making a process better.  I prefer to call LSS a Management System since all the parts of LSS have an effect on the other parts.  This process connects the dots where there may not be an obvious association.  These classes are an essential part of learning and implementing LSS.  Call or email today for more information on how you too can transform your organization to “World Class”.
